Am I able to view products or request quotes from other labs on kemnet.ca?
Yes. You are able to view products listed by labs with whom you have a compounding contract.
How much lead time do we have to cancel an order?
You have up to 1 hour after placing your order to cancel it.
For compounds unlisted on website, what is the easiest way to obtain a price quote?
Please request a price quote in the chat box on KemNet when logged in, a price quote will be sent within 3 hours and the product will be listed within 24 hours.
How long can we expect for a turn around for responses?
We respond to inquiries and various drug customization requests within 1 hour of receiving them.
How do I cancel an order?
Send a cancellation notice with the product details in the chat box within 1 hour of placing it.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to deliver all products within 24 business hours.
How can I request to receive my order early?
Simply send a message in the chat box when logged in.
How long do bulk orders take?
Please allow 2 business days to deliver bulk orders.
What is considered a bulk order?
Any orders over 500 units of the drug product is considered a bulk order
Can one customer have more than 1 account?
Yes, with different Pharmacy License numbers.
